The Surf

The inside beach-break section is perfect for beginners and when swell arrives, the waves are as good as any beach-break in the world. The laid-back surfing lifestyle is expressed by locals and traveling surfers passing through. Whether you’re on the beach learning to surf for the first time, or an experienced surfer seeking out a different wave, everyone always leaves the beach with a smile on their face. The meaning of pura vida, a Costa Rican expression, which is used on a daily basis multiple times, means ‘pure life’. When describing Nosara it couldn’t be described any better.
